Usage
1、 Sowing seeds

1. Open the battery box of the voice box on the outside of the seed box, install four No. 5 batteries (positive and negative poles cannot be installed incorrectly), turn on the power switch on the host, the indicator light will flash, indicating that the machine is in working state (the voice box switch is equipped with grain selection levels 1, 2, 3, if one grain is played, set the switch to level 1, and so on).

2. The operator lifts the machine with both hands and inserts the sowing nozzle and fertilizer nozzle into the soil before lifting it again. At this time, the seeds and fertilizers for one broadcast have entered the closed sowing nozzle and fertilizer nozzle. The voice box reads the number of seeds broadcasted this time, and the broadcast sounds are 1, 2, 3, and 4. When the current planting amount is greater than 4 seeds, it reports 4 seeds, and there is no broadcast sound when there is a hole.

3. The seed dosage is adjusted according to the number of seeds, and the machine is equipped with multiple seeding wheels of different sizes in the seed tank. According to the size of the seed particles, suitable seeding wheels are used, and a single seed bin and a double seed bin are separated at the bottom of the seed box. When precision sowing a single seed, the double seed bin is closed; When broadcasting double grains, close the single grain compartment and open the double grain compartment door; Open all the storage doors when broadcasting three grains.

4. When replacing the seeding wheel, remove the two screws on the multi round box at the end of the axle wheel, remove the multi round box and axle wheel compression spring, turn the small angle brake that prevents the axle wheel from reversing, pull out the axle wheel, then push in the axle wheel to be replaced, and install the compression spring and multi round box in their original positions. Tighten the screws appropriately. (Note: When replacing the axle wheel and the doors of the single and double grain compartments, the seeds must be poured clean or the seeder box cover must be closed, and the machine must be inverted before proceeding. Otherwise, the remaining seeds in the seed compartment will not immediately change the number of seeds broadcasted. If there are seeds or debris in the seed box when replacing the axle wheel, they will enter the mating surface between the inclined teeth at the end of the axle wheel and the corresponding gear plate, which not only affects use, but also damages the gear plate and the multi circular box at the outer end.)

5. There are multiple adjustable sowing depth bolt holes left at the connection between the tappet and the top ground support plate. The sowing depth can be determined according to soil moisture and variety. By adjusting the matching bolt holes between the tappet and the top ground support plate, the appropriate sowing depth can be achieved.

6. There is a type of soybean plastic seed coat tongue pressing plate in the random accessories. When sowing soybeans, replace it, otherwise the accuracy of sowing soybeans will be poor.

2、 Fertilization

1. First, loosen the hand screw on the fastening block bolt. If you need to increase the amount, pull the block outward to increase the capacity of the fertilizer tank. If you need to reduce the amount, push it inward. After adjustment, tighten the hand screw. The adjustable range of fertilizer usage is 50 to 400 kilograms per hectare (calculated based on 47000 plants per hectare).

2. If the amount of fertilizer used is still greater than the above large amount, you can unscrew the two screws on the scraper blade pressure plate at the discharge port of the fertilizer tank, adjust the scraper blade, and increase the gap between it and the fertilizer shaft wheel; If the amount of fertilizer used is less than the minimum amount mentioned above, the back cover of the fertilizer guide tube can be removed. At this time, the fertilizer storage tank is in the position where the fertilizer is poured out. Light a candle and drip the wax oil into the fertilizer storage tank. Fill the space above the fertilizer adjustment block in the fertilizer storage tank, or use transparent glue to flatten the part of the tank to reduce the amount of fertilizer used.

Repair and maintenance

1. During use, it is possible for the seed coating agent to stick to the sowing wheel, resulting in poor sowing accuracy. The wheel can be removed and washed in water. Do not use sharp tools to scrape it off, as scraping with sharp tools will cause more scratches on the wheel, increasing the chance of attaching the seed coating agent.

2. After several years of use, the seeder may experience wear and tear on the scraping tongue and fertilizer scraping tongue. It can be removed, trimmed, and moved downwards to continue use. (The scraping tongue and fertilizer scraping tongue should have a gap between them and the sowing wheel and fertilization wheel, and should not be tightly attached to the wheel).

3. Above the outer plane of the bearing sleeve box at one end of the fertilizer box, a small cover is fastened with screws, which covers the oil filling hole. The screws can be loosened to move the cover, and oil can be added to the bearing for rust prevention and lubrication through the oil filling hole.

4. If there is frequent mismatch during sowing, you can remove the long strip cover plate between the seed box and the fertilizer box, and use a long cone to pull out the upper end of the large tension spring from the hanging point, shortening it by 4— 5 rings, then pry open the crack with a flat knife and hang it up to increase its pulling speed.

5. After the sowing season, please apply rust proof oil to all non stainless steel metal parts and store them in a cool and dry place for use in the following year.

precautions

1. When inserting the seeder downwards, it must be pressed to the dead point, otherwise not only will the seeding and fertilization not be deep enough, but also the seeding and fertilizing nozzles will not open when lifted up.

2. The speed of lifting should be moderate, not too fast or too slow. If it is too fast, the applied fertilizer and seeds may be carried out of the soil. If it is too slow, the sowing nozzle and fertilization nozzle will close too late, causing the next seed and fertilizer to flow down without stopping at the sowing nozzle and fertilization nozzle.

3. When stopping sowing, turn off the switch. Do not remove the battery for a long time to prevent leakage and corrosion of the components inside the machine. If there is no sound or abnormal tone when turning on, please turn off the switch and wait for 10 seconds before turning on again. Due to the computer being in self checking state, inaccurate readings in the first minute are considered normal.

4. The accuracy of broadcasting seeds is related to the shape, size, quantity, and temperature of the seeds being broadcasted. When broadcasting multiple seeds, flat seeds, or when the ambient temperature is below 10 degrees, the error in broadcasting increases accordingly, which is normal.

5. After using the seeder for a long time, the accuracy of the broadcast will decrease. Please open the front cover of the seeder guide tube and use a cotton swab to remove the seed coating agent or impurities on the two probes.
